Industrial consumable solutions enable identification, tracking and promotion of products. Variable information such as bar codes, text and graphics can be printed using IIMAK technologies such as Thermal Transfer RibbonsDirect Thermal Films and Fluid Inks. Primary markets for industrial applications include Automatic Identification, Packaging, and Graphics.

FLEXcon is a global supplier of adhesive back films for graphic, identification, labelling, and industrial applications, that our principal has dealt with for over 20 years to support his consulting customers. Its expertise with thermal transfer films made it an ideal partner for Metallograph. But more valuable to Metallograph users, is its commitment to unusual high performance films for electronics and aerospace. For example, FLEXcon produces cast polyimide which we have proven as an exceptional receptor.

METALLOGRAPH TECH AND QUICKLABEL
BECAME PARTNERS IN THE FALL OF 2019.

QuickLabel® has integrated Metallograph® thermal transfer ribbons into its QLS 4100 Xe single pass, roll-to-roll, multilayer printer, a label industry standard for reliability and durability.

AstroNova’s QuickLabel® division is the leading manufacturer of production-capacity, full-color digital label printers, barcode printers, media, and labeling software that allow businesses to print labels on-demand. QuickLabel® introduced the first tabletop digital color label printer and continues to innovate with labeling solutions specifically designed for manufacturers and processors who want to print product labels in-house. As a further benefit to Metallograph.

GMS AND METALLOGRAPH TECH HAVE BUILT A WORKING RELATIONSHIP THROUGH THEIR GERBER PRINTING SYSTEM.

The Gerber is a table top printer that can work with the Metallograph thermal transfer rolls. GMS (Graphic Marking Systems) Media is their own line of innovative printing materials for adhesive graphics. They custom-make GMS Media products to meet the specific needs of niche markets. They then offer those products to other cottage industries with similar needs, making it possible for them to produce reliable, finished markings (labels, decals, signs, etc.) onsite, on demand.

ZEBRA IS ANOTHER METALLOGRAPH® PRINTER PARTNER. ITS PRINTERS ARE NOT ONLY IDEAL FOR PRODUCTION OF NARROW ELECTRONICS, BUT THE RFID MODELS ALSO CODE RFID TAGS, AND PRINT THE FINAL GRAPHICS.

Zebra is a global leader in UHF RFID print and encode technologies, Zebra delivers innovative encoding solutions to meet tomorrow’s application needs today. Developed on a globally recognized brand, Zebra leads the industry with a broad product portfolio that spreads across Industrial, Desktop and Card printers and supports wide ranging applications across a variety of markets.

INSULECTRO is the largest supplier of materials used to manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs) and printed electronics (PEs). Insulectro combines its  Best-in-Class product offering in well-stocked distribution centers across the country.

Insulectro serves a broad customer base manufacturing rigid, rigid/flex and flexible circuit boards for applications in a variety of end markets including telecom, data communications, high speed computing, mobile devices, military,  and medical.

Insulectro is our preferred supplier of polyester films as Metallograph
Receptors.  In particular, it carries DuPont-Teijin heat stable Melinex
ST 505 and Coveme heat stable Kemafoil HPSL films.  We maintain stocks of both for our free samples, for our Print for Pay service, and as
small rolls for customer with modest needs.

Steinerfilm makes high-performance metallized dielectric films used in demanding applications.

They are the reason we have metallograph ribbon.  They work with immak to make the metallograph conductive thermal transfer ribbon!

They have decades of experience designing and manufacturing thin film metallization equipment that translates into deep process knowledge and expertise in every dimension. Steiner film ensures performance, reliability, and quality.

RAIN RFID is a wireless technology that connects billions of everyday items to the internet, enabling businesses and consumers to identify, locate, authenticate, and engage each item.

RAIN RFID is a global alliance promoting the universal adoption of UHF RFID technology in a way similar to other wireless technology organizations including NFC Forum, WiFi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG. RAIN uses the GS1 UHF Gen2 protocol which ISO/IEC has standardized as 18000-63. The word RAIN—an acronym derived from RAdio frequency IdentificatioN—is intended as a nod to the link between UHF RFID and the cloud, where RFID-based data can be stored, managed and shared via the Internet. A RAIN RFID solution uses a reader to read and write a tagged item, manage the data and take action.

VUPC is one of our partners in paper research who helps us with learning more about how to be more GREEN. They use Metallograph to research how to better make printed electronics on paper and RFID.

The Pulp and Paper Research Institute, Bratislava was established in 1947 with the main target to promote the development of the pulp and paper industry in Czechoslovakia. The Institute has participated in both preparation and implementation of development actions of the Czech and Slovak pulp and paper industry. It has directed towards technological research and development and industrial application, on technical assistance to pulp and paper mills and converting plants, on enhancing the skill of the papermakers and on retrieval and dissemination of professional and economical information.

TICTAG SMARTTAG EMBEDS ARE A UNIQUE 5-POINT IDENTIFIER WHICH GIVES YOUR PRODUCT OR LOCATION A UNIQUE ID.

When you deploy TicTag SmartTags, your customer opens your app and holds his smartphone close to the tag. The plug&play software (integrated in your existing website or app) recognizes the tag ID, and sends this plus your ID to your server/database. In your database you can label this ID with the name of your product or location, or set in motion various database actions, business transactions, or even physical motions.
